With over 15 years of experience in the Market Research Industry, most of that as a research buyer in the financial services and insurances sector, Beth knows the challenges facing market research buyers in today’s challenging corporate environment.
She has a strong background in statistical analysis and extensive experience in customer satisfaction, image and branding and new product development.
As a consequence she has a vast array of experience across a range of quantitative research techniques, including:
- Multiple and logistic regression.
- Segmentation and cluster analysis.
- Trade-off analysis, including conjoint and choice modelling.
Outside of work Beth’s interests include spending time with her three active children; she is also a keen hockey player.
