Nicky has over 30 years experience in market research in the United Kingdom and Australia. 

She has extensive experience in strategic research, branding, market segmentation, new product development and customer needs analysis.  This is coupled with a strong background in the technical aspects of establishing and developing models for customer needs analysis where she has frequently worked with leading people in the field.

Much of her time is spent seeking and reviewing new techniques and their applicability to clients.

Professionally, Nicky is a Fellow of the Australian Market & Social Research Society, a past Chair of the organisation in Western Australia and was a National Board member.  She is also a member of the British Market Research Society and the company is a member of the Association of Market & Social Research Organisations and the Australian Evaluation Society.

Outside of work, Nicky loves all things equestrian and can often be found on the weekends teaching at Pony Club, competing or supporting her daughter at dressage and other events.
